Presented educational programs in Moscow, Russia (April 1998 and May 2000), sponsored by ACDI/VOCA and funded by U.S.A.I.D., for representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food-Stuff of the Russian Federation, the Russian Federation’s Agrarian Institute, and the Foundation for Support of Agrarian Reform and Rural Development concerning the reorganization of farms and agribusinesses.
