MYRON M. SHEINFELD, Esq.

Mickey Sheinfeld began practice in the bankruptcy and reorganization area in 1965. The scope of practice has grown in leaps and bounds so that his experience covers representation in all aspects of bankruptcy and reorganization, the solution of business problems, the acquisition of companies from bankruptcy, and workout and restructure of individuals and companies to avoid bankruptcy. His experience is business oriented, and he has been involved in many of the major bankruptcy reorganization or business problems in the Southwest.

He has received recognition as one of the best lawyers in his field in America and continues to write and teach, and to mentor younger lawyers at the firm.

He is frequently consulted on business problems.
Mickey has participated or chaired committees in the administration of justice in the United States District Courts and the Fifth Circuit.

His past experience has afforded an opportunity for firms and businesses to utilize him as a mediator in connection with significant business disputes before and after litigation.
