JOHN J. JEROME, Esq.

John Jerome is a leading expert on debt restructurings. Prior to forming Jerome Advisors in 1999, he was a senior partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he headed its financial restructuring department for 25 years. He is currently engaged in the $13.5 billion restructuring of Asia Pulp and Paper and acquiring a power plant in the Philippines for Japan Power.

Jerome is a member of the National Bankruptcy Conference, which consults with Congress on bankruptcy matters, and a past chairman of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York's Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization. He is an advisor to the St. John's University School of Law Masters Program in Bankruptcy.

Jerome is a trustee for of the New York State Archives Partnership Trust and a former chairman of the Judd Foundation. He is a graduate of St. John's University College and Law School (BBA and LLB). Independently
